    I think the OP is a troll. *shrug* First post, repeated use of "Poverty-stricken".... if they return I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

    What happened to giving people the benefit of the doubt?
    What happened to being nice to newbies?
  • Might it have been priced incorrectly by the voluntary, part time, often retired people in the back office ?

    The tone of the original post and the wildly inaccurate assumption of what charity shops are? 

    Just a thought.

    Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid

    Don't voice it.

    Give people - especially newbies - the benefit of the doubt instead of calling them out.
