Accountant Issues - Caroola group

Hi, I have my own limited company which I have just closed. My accountant is meant to be progressing the closure activities but I cannot get any response from them, even though I have chased via email and phone; and posted on their social media.  Please advise, Is there some sort of regulator for these types of accountants that I can go to?
