Set on the outskirts of Emsworth, Hollybank House dates back to the heyday of the East India Company, a glorious Georgian mansion set in ten wonderful acres. Windows are huge, rooms light and airy, and all are beautifully furnished and appointed.

You’re not confined to your room here. Guests are free to roam around the many common rooms on the ground floor, with an honesty bar to smooth the passage of long summer evenings. Beyond the terrace the grounds come to life with lively games of croquet, boules and tennis.
