KFC Walkden / Parking Eye

Received a parking fine of £100 for parking for 6 minutes at 07:15am in KFC car park. Not realising their small and badly placed signs specify no parking before business hours (10am). Reading another forum on here & Trip Advisor it seems many other people have also been misled by this KFC cark park. All other car parks within the shopping centre are not restricted like this. Wondering if anyone has managed to successfully appeal any parking fines received here?

Just read the NEWBIES thread and appeal as shown there. Then to POPLA, citing lack of grace periods and unclear signage, etc.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
