I have this account (NLA) which carries a bonus of 3%. But in their recent update, the bonus seems to have reduced to 2.5%

The bonus is still 3%Holiday Save & Smart Save Monthly (Fixed bonus subject to receipt of 11 separate monthly payments in anniversary year)

new rate:2.15 (Excluding conditional bonus) 5.15 (Including conditional bonus)Smartsave 2 has a bonus of 2.5% so perhaps you were looking at the wrong account on the pdf chart.

We have one of these accounts, opened about 3 years ago and our bonus rate is 2.5%. Not sure if it's a smartsave 2
