I have this account (NLA) which carries a bonus of 3%. But in their recent update, the bonus seems to have reduced to 2.5%

I do not remember to have received anything with respect to this. Anyone who has this account received anything?

    £10 - £500 variable monthly subscriptions (variable monthly subscriptions)
    1.80 (Excluding conditional bonus) 4.80 (Including conditional bonus)
      new rate:2.15 (Excluding conditional bonus) 5.15 (Including conditional bonus)

    Smartsave 2 has a bonus of 2.5% so perhaps you were looking at the wrong account on the pdf chart.

    We have one of these accounts, opened about 3 years ago and our bonus rate is 2.5%. Not sure if it's a smartsave 2
