On 2 July we flew out to Cyprus from Stansted, having booked parking with Jetparks. We arrived 3 hrs 45s mins before our flight departure, but we’re stuck waiting at the car park for a shuttle bus with any room for over an hour. Only 3 buses for passengers going to the airport in that time, with the 3rd one being the one we managed to get onto. As a consequence, were it not for someone changing a baby’s nappy at the gate, the 4 of us would have missed our flight (and forget the Escape Lounge we’d paid for).
I complained to Holiday extras, who we had booked with. They say there’s nothing they can do as Jetparks tell them ‘they have no control over how many people arrive at a given time, or if the buses are full’. I have autoimmune arthritis and the run through the airport basically had me off my legs for the first 3-4 days of the holiday.
Anywhere I can go with this?

In a word, no.
It was just bad luck that the shuttle buses were busy.1 -
Book a car park at the airport operated by the airport in future or within walking distance.1

It doesn’t seem fair when the blurb says shuttle bus every 15 mins, and there wasn’t. And surely the implication would be shuttle buses you can actually get on? We’ve never had this issue before, in 15 years flying from Stansted.0

If the Jetparks documentation states shuttle buses every 15 minutes with nothing to qualify that statement you may have grounds to demand a partial refund from that company. I don't think you would be likely to get much as they did get you to the airport on time.I agree with the comments about parking at the airport.0
