Morning everyone Gers enjoy the rest of your travels you are getting nearer to me give me a wave when you are passing Camelot hope you enjoy your time with your family Ruby never mind the chicken you will be cooking soon sit in the shade and long cool drinks and relax that’s what holidays are all about. I’m a bit late today but I’ve been out with the dogs 6 more walks and he’s home I think he’s definitely picking up on me feeling so anxious with him his barking and pulling is definitely getting worse I had to Drag him into some one’s garden last night or he would have had me in the middle of the road trying to get to a dog at the other side of it I don’t think anyone was in I would have just have to of apologised for been stood in there garden with the gate shut if they had come out .then I went to my cleaning job didn’t do it the decorator was in with everything piled in the middle of the floor and covers down so I couldn’t do anything he said don’t bother coming next week as he will be doing the whole house so that will save me walking up he said there granddaughter who is staying there was still in bed and he hadn’t cleared non of the worktops or emptied the sink as it was full he had just covered them he said she hadn’t got out of bed until the afternoon the day before unfortunately for her he will be doing the bedrooms next week so she will have no choice.so I popped to get some shopping I needed and I’m having a cuppa before I go to work washing is out and I am going to do my own housework slowly with a couple of tea breaks before I go out at 12 make the most of it. Thinking of all the poorlies hugs to those that need them have a good day everyone whatever you are doing

Morning everyone
Nice bright blue sky this morning - forecast is for more rain later. Yesterday was weird - sunny and hot for 20 minutes or so then torrential rain for 10 minutes - it alternated all afternoon. More like the rain abroad really.
Eldest DD in Germany has had to buy a fan and has been working from home as the air conditioning at work is broken...they're having temperatures in the high 30s. She usually loves it when it's hot but says it's not the same when you have to go to work in it.
Getting excited to go to Croatia - it's only 2 weeks now and also very hot there too - I hope it cools down just a little bit. We're staying in Zadar - it looks beautiful. Eldest DD went for a few days last year so it will be an easy holiday for me as she already knows her way round.
Well I'll go and get some jobs done. Hope everyone has a good day.

Nothing much going on here today, hairdressers after lunch & then out for tea with my quiz team ladies.

Post treatment tiredness is building, and I've decided I am a bit like a jacket potato - been microwaved & now need to stand while I continue cooking 🤣

Hello, all. I was a regular here on this board years and years ago but my OS life went by the wayside slightly and I got a bit too relaxed about pennypinching. I've just moved house and on a much tighter budget, so decided it was time to return.

Today's OS focus was updating clearcheckbook - halfway through the month, and the entertainment and living expenses budgets are decimated already The groceries budget isn't looking too terrible though, so I'm hoping I can reclaim some through that budget!
