My BT contract has come to an end.
I want to stay with them (connection has always been good)
I am paying £57.50 a month just for
Thanks,
I want to stay with them (connection has always been good)
I am paying £57.50 a month just for
Fibre with BT Halo 3 + landline (which I never use)
How can I get a better deal with them - I want to reduce the cost, not add additional products. Thanks,

I am content paying about £25 for Fibre 1 including line rental that I never use, someone recently reported being offered Fibre 1 for £24.99 or Fibre 2 for a few pounds more.Gareth77 said:My BT contract has come to an end.

Why are you paying for broadband if you don't use it?bristolleedsfan said:

Thanks,
Being serious though line rental doesn't mean voice it also covers the line to deliver the broadband too so contrary to what you think you are using line rental1 -
I would have a look around see what else is available. Best thing i did after 11 years junk BT on FTTC 2 wit Halo 1 so had some form of customer service.
Just looked inferior FTTC1 is £27 and will have to pay £7 p/m to get some customer service.
Can get 500meg for £27 a month and have proper customer service.

I’m now within 3 months of my fibre 2 contract ending and they’ve cold called me a couple of times over the last few months but with nothing worth me taking. I was paying £32.48 but I phoned them this afternoon and got the same but without a landline phone for £24.99 a month. It was £26.99 with the phone but we use mobiles to make calls and we wanted to get rid of it anyway if it was cheaper.Gareth77 said:My BT contract has come to an end.
