Since GEUK changed to 100Green has everyone received their monthly bill ok?
I've had nothing and I've no account access. I appear to have stopped receiving emails as I'm not even receiving the password reset (I haven't forgot my password but it's not working)
Going to call them tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else has had issues

They they sent out an email recently where you had to activate your account on their new system. Did you get that and then follow the process?

Been at work since and not had time to call but do have that time tomorrow. I'm sure they will sort it their customer service has always been very good.
Surprised Ive not even received a bill notification via email though.
Edit: Turns out there was more than one email one didn't hit my inbox but no wonder the link wasn't working🤦🏻♀️0
