Has anybody else having issues with their bills being reverted which then shows you are £1000's in credit. I know I was £700 in credit but can't get a refund as all my bills have a block. Apparently this has happened to lots but doesn't seem to be a new problem as there are threads from 2014 regarding this issue. So what the hell is going on, its been 8 weeks so far!!!!

Have you asked them? Have you submitted a complaint?Get_my_money_back said:Has anybody else having issues with their bills being reverted which then shows you are £1000's in credit. I have been asking them for 8 weeks. Apparently a complaint will just delay even further0

Then it obviously is not working.Get_my_money_back said:I have been asking them for 8 weeks.
Submit an up to date meter reading if you are not on a smart meter, see if that generates a bill in a couple of days. Raise a formal complaint, they have eight weeks to respond and solve the issue, or you can take them to the ombudsman.Get_my_money_back said:Apparently a complaint will just delay even further1
