MISLEADING information from RAC
had a car accident called rac got told £168+mileage ??
it states on my renewal form in the membership benefits 'had an accident we will recover you' it also says RAC rewards FREE ACCIDENT CARE!
i asked the RAC they said sorry it wasnt made clear that you have to pay upfront and then recoup from your insurance
my membership had already jumped up by £34 i had to arrange my own recovery in the end. i do wish companies would clearly state what is free and what IS NOT!
