Nationwide nightmare!

I applied and got accepted for a Nationwide flexaccount at the end of november but have still not recieved the paperwork to sign after a month and 3 phonecalls to resend paperwork.What is going on?.I need to use the card for a trip to Bulgaria at the end of January.I know the xmas post is slow but not this slow!
Has anyone had any similar problems with them?

  • Best to go into the local office and meet someone ... we had a similar thing happen when we switched addresses.

    For three months we received our statements, but then they stopped arriving, turned out some 'glitch' had occured and the statements were now going to a completely different address!! :mad:

    Rang, nothing happened, went into local office, changed right away!

    Sometimes it's best to go and see folks in person! All the best with it!
