Cancelled magazine subscription

I purchased 2 subscriptions 2/4/2023 from Hearst Magazine. They were on offer at 3 for £3, with the subscription renewing every 6 months. Both of the issues started in June.
Hearst Magazines have already renewed the subscriptions for the following 6 months on 22/6/23 and 26/6/2023.
I contacted Hearst customer services by telephone 24/6/2023 to cancel and they assured me they would refund, within 5 working days.

No refund came. I rang again and was assured that they’d had delays and refund would be sent in 7/10 working days.
I have still not had a refund.
I have made another call and been given the same spiel.
I have tried to dispute the entry on my bank account by using the facility on the app but this was declined as the bank says it’s too late. If I’d have disputed the transactions the same weekend, I wouldn’t have been in this position. Hindsight and trust and all that 🤦♀️

Would anyone have any ideas as to what other action I could take?
