Quick question about Octopus Outgoing billing

Hi - just got my latest bill for Octopus Agile and it is the first since I started with Octopus Outgoing Fixed. It doesn't show any of the export. Does anyone know if this is normal - i.e. is there an issue somewhere and the same bill normally shows both or will I get a separate statement for the export? Waiting for a response from Octopus but thought I would ask here in the meantime. Thanks, Mike

Bills normally show import and export. Data is recovered at different times. Any loss/corruption of data will prevent automatic billing. If you download Octo-Aid or Octopus Watch you can see if data is missing. You can ask Octopus to carryout a manual data pull.

It sometimes takes a couple of months for Octopus to get the import/export/gas all on the same statement. If you want to see the export, send them a meter reading.Barnsley, South Yorkshire
