I submitted an application on 7th July via a broker, passed a desktop valuation but nothing since.

Thank you 😊 I only had to send in my payslips to them. I provided proof of Deposit to my Solicitor but that was all, I imagined it to be far more complicated than it was. Was told that they now await the Certificate of title from my solicitor, just searching to see what that is exactly.
