    Yes that is all correct.

And do add 'The Defendant's ordinary costs for attending & travel to the set aside hearing be reserved until the final hearing'.
    Thanks. I'll keep you posted.

    Hi Guys,

I wondered if you might take a quick look at this, to make sure it's right before it goes in tomorrow. I also have a word docx of the Draft Order and a PDF of the witness statement to go in with it.

Did ParkingEye add £20 to the £100 (in the POC on the left of the claim form that never arrived) or have you not seen the POC?

Having never seen the original Claim Form I can only go from the email they sent from CCBC last week, it doesn't look like they added anything. The email titled PoC and the claim number mentions nothing of specific amounts though, only that I overstayed the 'Free Period' which means I am liable to pay a 'Charge'. There is no mention of any amount, other than the Judgment amount of £207, which is inclusive of all court fees etc.

    Judgment amount:£ 207.00

Particulars of claim: CLAIM FOR MONIES OUTSTANDING FROM THE DEFENDANT IN RELATION TO A PARKING CHARGE (REFERENCE **********) ISSUED ON **/08/2022. THE SIGNAGE CLEARLY DISPLAYED THROUGHOUT WELCOME BREAK LONDON GATEWAY, M1 JCT 4/2, MILL HILL, LONDON, NW7 3HU STATES THAT THIS IS PRIVATE LAND, MANAGED BY PARKINGEYE LTD, AND THAT IT IS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF PARKING TARIFFS, BY WHICH THOSE WHO PARK AGREE TO BE BOUND (THE CONTRACT). PARKINGEYE'S ANPR SYSTEM CAPTURED VEHICLE ******* ENTERING AND LEAVING THE SITE ON **/08/2022, AND PARKING WITHOUT PAYING TO PARK AND PARKING TARIFFS APPLY AFTER A FREE STAY PERIOD. PURSUANT TO SCH 4 OF THE PROTECTION OF FREEDOMS ACT 2012, NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE REGISTERED KEEPER, MAKING THEM LIABLE FOR THE PARKING CHARGE PAYABLE UPON BREACH.

I think as it's £207 that they did add £20.

So does that mean I need to add something to my documentation?
