The prizes are:

a)

one (1) of three thousand, three hundred and thirty three (3,333) Ribena Monopoly mini-board games; three thousand, three hundred and thirty three (3,333) Ribena Trivial Pursuit mini-board games and three thousand, three hundred and thirty three (3,333) Ribena mini-board Twister games to be won as a Ribena mini-board game collection for winning entries made between 1 July and 28 July 2023; or

b)

one (1) of four thousand, one hundred and twenty five (4,125) Hasbro games to be won as individual game prizes for winning entries made between 28 July and 31 August 2023. The 4,125 Hasbro games consist of the following:

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agreed to be bound by them, when entering this Promotion.

PROMOTER:

The Promoter is Lucozade Ribena Suntory Limited whose registered office is 2 Longwalk Road, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1BA.

WHO MAY ENTER:

This free instant win prize draw (“Promotion”) is to win either a Ribena customised Hasbro game or a Hasbro card / board game.

The Promotion is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over.

Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

HOW TO ENTER:

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to purchase a participating Ribena Squash 850ml, Ribena Squash 1.5L or participating Ribena 500ml and scan the QR code on pack to enter. Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to receive the prize drawn and incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.

Entrants must retain proof of purchase/receipt or invoice.

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Promotion microsite from an eligible and participating country (which comprises Great Britain, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland). Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of these countries.

Maximum of one entry per person per email address per day. Maximum of one prize per household. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

The Promotion opens on 00:01 (UK time) on the 1st of July 2023. All entries must be received by 23:59 p.m. (UK time) 31st of August 2023 (the “Closing Date”).

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Entrants take part in a guaranteed winning moment (instant win) promotion.

Winners will be allocated at random throughout the day occurring at least twice per hour during the competition period.

Entrants who enter a valid 4-digit barcode (UK only) from participating Ribena products, or have correctly answered two (2) skill-based questions (Republic of Ireland only), followed by rolling the winning dice combination outlined below on the winner moment will be deemed a winner

a)

Rolling double six (6 and 6) will confirm the winner of the Ribena mini-board game collection (Collection includes: Ribena mini-board game Monopoly, Ribena Twister mini-board game & Ribena mini-board game Trivial Pursuit)

b)

Rolling double three (3 and 3) will confirm the winner of a Hasbro card or board game.

If there are no entries on a complete hour during the promotional period, prizes will queue and roll over to the next hour/winning moment.

All prizes are guaranteed to be won. For instance, if there were no entries in a complete day of the competition being opened, the prizes allocated from that day will roll over to the next day, up until the Closing Date, awaiting the time an entrant enters and the prizes are won.

Winners will be selected through a winning moments prize draw from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the Closing Date.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won on the landing page and will be required to provide their contact and delivery details.

In the event a winner was unable to provide their contact and delivery details after being allocated a winning moment, the winner will be contacted by email within one (1) working day of their allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entering. This will be the winner's prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

Winners are required to submit their prize claim within a 10-day period, from the date on which the winner received their ‘winner’ in-page notification during entry, or winner prize claim reminder email.

If a prize claim is being made through the prize claim reminder email, the winner’s claim must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within ten (10) days of receiving the prize claim reminder email, shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter of loss of prize due to re-allocation.

The winners will receive their claimed prizes within 40 working days of providing their proof of purchase to the Promoter, if required to do so when notified.

Hasbro card or board games have a dispatched target date of within 40 days of prize claim.

b)

Limited Edition Ribena Monopoly board have a dispatched target date of within 40 days of winner allocation.
