Power of attorney query - replacement attorney

Options
We’ve done LPA property and finance for mother in law 3 attorneys joint and severally together with 1  replacement attorney.

OPG  have validated  the LPA and we’ve just going to register with a bank and we’ve noticed there’s an incorrect DOB for the replacement attorney.  As they’re not the list of attorneys is this an issue that is immediate or only if the replacement attorney needs to step in.  Is it likely a bank would reject the replacement with valid ID or would a new lpa be needed when the times comes/now or only if a bank notices the error?

You will only find out if this is an issue when the replacement attorney needs to step in. As you have 3 main attorneys what are the chances that you will ever need them to step in?
