    Undoubtedly.

But nothing to worry about as long as payments are being made.
  • It seems really cheeky of the energy supplier though when I've been in credit for over 2 years and they are reporting to the credit agency  I've 2 years of owing them money... currently showing £400 in debit and I'm nearly £200 in credit.
  • Hello,
hoping someone can help. I recently rented out my property and closed all utility bills etc. updated new address and set up a redirect.
When trying to sort out water for new property I moved into a few months I set this up through the app which showed I owed £10.34 from my previous address. Paid this immediately however it’s come up as a missed payment on my Transunion credit score. I never received any emails / letters or phone calls to make my aware of this outstanding amount. I have spoken to Northumbrian Water who will not entertain me. I have raised a dispute and submitted a complaint.

Can anyone help / suggest what I can do?
My credit is excellent with Experian and Equifax. I have never missed a payment and I’m due to remortgage next month
