How on earth do you contact Reebok?!?

Options
Hi Guys, hoping someone else can help?

I placed an order with reebok and I remember the order confirmation screen saying my parcel would be delivered no later than 6th July and it still hasn't arrived. I called the complaint number - 02073657515 - and since I have been trying the last few days, it rings once and goes dead.

I spoke to someone on the live chat on the website and they said they would get someone from the Reebok team to look into it as they deal only with Addidas (bizarrely). I asked if they had a number I could call and they gave me a number in America? When I called it, they said they can only deal with American orders and gave me the same 0207 number that doesn't work.

When I told them it doesn't work, they said all they can suggest is calling my bank and try to get the money back!

Seem ridiculous! Does anyone have a way to contact them or any advice? I'm at my wits end!!

Thanks in advance.

Have you got the order/parcel details and any tracking info? From memory Reebok stuff comes from overseas so it may well take a while to get to you if its held up somewhere.

Other than that if the customer service number isn't working then not sure what else I can advise other than waiting a while and then contacting your bank and saying item hasn't arrived and supplier is uncontactable.

You mention a 0207 number but I found this as their UK support number:
    0800 440 2459
As an aside, while searching I spotted something that said Reebok is a brand of Adidas AG and an affiliate of Adidas (UK) Limited, which might explain the response of the US number you called.

Adidas sold Reebok about two years ago.

For clothing/shoes EU website has live chat in the bottom right https://reebok.eu/en-gb/legal/track-order
The Reebok Fitness site you link to is only for equipment so it depends what the OP has purchased and from which company.

Adidas did indeed sell Reebok - it took a while but finally they split earlier this year. it looks like it hasn't gone well though - prices through the roof, UK sizes no longer on the UK site, cashback stopped being offered and more.

you may need to go to your card provider on this one...

the UK version of the EU site lists things in UK mens shoe sizes for me.

The OP hasn’t come back to respond about what happens when they use the order tracker on the website, so it’s a bit early to consider chargebacks.

    For non receipt.
Visa 15 days, Mastercard 30 days from date of debit on statement.
So could be a bit early, but OP never mentioned date of order.
