Hello as any vanguard customer tried to get onto the vanguard platform today?
I get an error message.

Yeah, looks like they have some problem. Weirdly it let me login and flashed a brief page that had my accounts on it then went to the error page. Then I was able to view my profile but not my investments.0

Other FNZ based platforms are running fine. So, the backend is ok. So, the issue appears to be a frontend problem.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). They are probably being swamped with worried customers. The website is working sporadically. I was able to login and see my account overview page but when I selected an account it errored again. From the mode of failure I'd guess their server is seeing excessive traffic. It could be an internal fault - a software bug or faulty hardware, or it could be an outside DDoS or similar. I imagine they will sort it soon enough. Just be glad you don't work in network support!MarcoM said:they are not answering calls at the moment2 -
