Any recommendations for a service plan but not at the car maker's garage?

I bought a 2 year service plan for my Nissan, at the local dealer - this time they'd flagged some things that needed changing but couldn't do them in the time (I needed to pick up the car) The soonest I could get the changes made (type slow puncture) was at a different garage - all the items to be fixed were quoted cheaper here.
Can I get a service plan which covers the service at any garage - I know the service book will then not have a history at the dealer, is that such a big deal for a 2017 Nissan Note? Thanks

There are lots of 3rd party service plans on the market from companies like MotorEasy, Servicing Stop, even Halfords do one I believe.
Do also take a look at the Key Facts or the small print on your current service plan as some things (like punctures for example) and wear and tear items won't be covered anyway so you'd have the pick of the market as to where you have the work carried out.

I've had a selection of "prestige" cars with 3rd party service plans and even when traded in against a new car at a main dealership it's servicing history has made no difference to their value, even with non-branded parts. It's only been important that the cars were serviced when needed and they had the correct ones.

A service plan is only going to cover the standard service items, and many places may offer them.

But realistically you're probably just as well getting it serviced at a local garage and paying for it each time. It'll be much cheaper and you can shop around each year. Out of warranty it only really matters that it was serviced and not where.

I looked all over for a non main dealer service plan, well just a service quote.
    So much was not included.
Halfords kwikfit ,national tyres and service stop for eg, Charge extra for special oil, extra for fluids, Air filters, pollen filters, Adblue and so on.
    I have had 2,  5 year Peugeot service plans years 1-5 £13.42 a month.
Years 6-10 £14.99 a month. devided by 10 its worked out at £170 a year.
    Belts are not included.
I will add a service schedule pic.
Due to what’s include in my plain I will keep with them.

Two of the three you've mentioned wouldn't be recommended on here.  Search Servicing Stop on here...
