Alton Tower and Student Beans discount for multiple tickets

When I go throught student beans to get student discount Alton Towers tickets I can book multiple tickets. I can;t see anywhere that says all ticket holders need to be student beans members. So could I book 3 tickets, one for me and 2 for my kids?
Anyone done this before? Did all ticket holders with discount have to show ID?
