Hi,
When doing a bank account switch do the rules re direct debits have to be monthly or is a quarterly DD ok?

It depends on the terms of the switch offer. Which bank is it?

Best to check with the bank, although it will usually need to take payment within a given period to count. For example, if the period is 60 days, it would have to take at least one payment within them 60 days.0
