Cheap source of 10p or 20p stamps?

I often need to top up the postage on parcels by 10, 20, 30 or 40p (I have a running stock of First Class and First Class Large letter stamps). 
Can anyone recommend any discount sources for 10p or 20p stamps, in quantities of maybe 100?

not likely any genuine discounts even on large quantities.  As I understand it, even Post Offices only get a small discounted 'wholsesale' price.  Any source of discounted stamps on ebay and the lke are likely to be used or fake

I have never know stamps to be discounted when we used to purchase them before we moved to a franking machine (which is cheaper than stamps). The best you might get is free delivery to save you having to go to the Post Office to pick them up. Be very wary of anyone offering stamps at less than face value.

Franking machine is cheaper than stamps, except that you have the cost of lease (can possibly be purchased) plus supplies, which I feel makes the difference marginal at best. Plus they can be temperamental...
