Travel Insurance

Now I’m retired I plan to get yearly worldwide travel insurance. I intend to go from country to country staying a few days in each, starting in Europe then moving further afield. I’ve looked at comparison sites and Puffin Insurance seems reasonable but covers up to 32 day stays. Could anyone please tell me if that is up to 32 days in each country or from leaving the UK until returning. Thanks

Most likely the 32 days will be for trip from UK and back.
Standard travel insurance not suitable.
You need a backpackers or long trip type of Travel Insurance.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.2 -
If you have a home in the uk make sure you review your home insurance too. Most policies have a time limit away from the home.1

If you are lucky enough to make a few trips check the policy carefully as some also limit the total days out of the UK as well as individual trip length.
One annual policy I had was limited to 180 days of cover per year.0
