Key Prepayment Electric Meter Problem.

I'm not sure if there is a problem with my meter and no amount of searching is able to provide an answer. With Utilita, so 2 tariff rates. Let the credit run down to 0 and topped up £80 late morning of 1st July. Whilst each rate reading turned back to 0, the Tariffs didn't change, so topped up £1 yesterday and again today and still no change to the tariffs. Am I doing something wrong or is there a possible fault with the meter? Any useful advice from you clever folks?

It this a smart pre-payment meter, or a key meter?0

It's a key prepayment meter, model ACE900KBD made in 2007. I have noticed that at times it acts up (not accepting key, tariffs not changing, readings jumping by 10,000 over 5 days). I have taken daily readings since December 2022 as I no longer trust the meter and suspect it's probably coming towards the end of its' lifespan.
