ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 7 July 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4:00p.m on Friday 28 July 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of a two-night stay in a Hot Tub junior suite at Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa for the winner and one (1) companion.

This prize includes accommodation based on two people sharing the Hot Tub junior suite, breakfast for two on each day and a three-course dinner in the garden grill restaurant on the first night of the stay (excluding drinks). The prize also includes full use of the spa facilities, including the steam and sauna rooms, monsoon shower, indoor and outdoor heated pools and fitness suite. Please note that the prize is subject to availability and the prize provider recommends to pre-book the dinner when making the hotel reservation to guarantee a table.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 18 months of winner confirmation and cannot be taken during blackout dates, which include Christmas, New Year, UK Bank Holidays and UK school holidays. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize also includes an allowance of £200 (two hundred pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

The prize excludes transport to and from the hotel, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
