Mapping help

Not quite sure title is really what I'm asking.

I want a map which will enable me to locate a certain meterage from a property ..something like an ordnance survey map which will allow me to draw a radius from a certain point.
I'm probably not being very clear

In Cornwall we have an interactive map supplied by the Council which I have previously used to scale to.  What exactly is it that you are trying to do?

What scale are you talking about? Do you need it accurate to mm? Metres? Kilometres?

Google maps website has a tool to measure distances.  Right Click on the property, choose measure distance, draw a line for the radius length.

It doesn't produce a circle but it does centre on your house. If the circle is important then you could draw it on with a conpass using the scale of the drawing.  

If you have the searches from when you bought the house, the water and drainage search *i think* has different radii drawn in. 

Or you can buy an actual Ordnance Survey map from their website that is centred on your house.  You could then use it for planning local walks etc.
