Bulb delay closing balance £25 email

Hi, I got an email saying that Bulb are sorry for the delay in £25 closing balance. It says a company called Wise will email me soon to get my bank details to send the balance. I don't know if this is genuine or a scam. Is it safe to send bank details? I'm wary and wonder if anyone else has had this email?
