I’ve just had a look at it and am going to get a printed copy sent to me so I can complete it at leisure. Thanks so much for the suggestion.Shabbycat said:

The Age "Lifebook" seems a good way to gather all this information togetherp00hsticks said:
I'd suggest getting together as much info as possible to help whoever will be dealing with your estateShabbycat said:I’m also thinking of telling friends (LPA) where they can find a list of bank accounts etc. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Off the top of my head, include things like
- copy of will and where original is held
- address book of friends and family who should be informed of your death
- list of bank & savings accounts
- who your utilities (broadband, gas, electric etc) are with
- contact details for any pension & life insurance companies
- contact details for investments, share certificates etc.
- any informal 'expression of wishes' not included in your will - e.g 'I'd like Joe to have the painting over the fireplace'
Either go old school and keep it on paper in a clearly labelled folder / box file etc or, if you keep it electronically on your computer, make sure there is a clearly labelled USB stick with all the info backed up onto. Whichever route, make sure that it is kept somewhere that can be found easily after your death (e.g. desk drawer).
