EoN marked credit file as reduced DD several months ago

Hi everyone, I followed Martins advice earlier in the winter to review my energy DD. Prior to me contacting eon to lower my DD we had renovated our house so had consumed more energy, and were in arrears but for several months now we have been in credit.
At no point when I changed my DD was I warned by EoN this would impact my credit score, and given the weird energy prices we presently seems overly severe.
How do people advise I should proceed?

There is a thread about this in the energy section.
Seems it was a error on their part.Life in the slow lane0 -
