I count the money when it hits my account and after I have paid out on eBay fees and postage.
In the end this challenge is about you as an individual hitting the target you have set so I am only interested in counting profit that has been made as it really exists in my bank account.
Any money made from daily clicks can count - again I wait until I withdraw or receive the funds in my bank. I know some people get vouchers from sites and put the total of the voucher in their target total.
Just choose the options that suit you; it's a great feeling seeing the cash add up!

Any money counts when it hits your account, pure profit only is counted.
I'll add it to the FAQs if we are all in agreementNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -

I didn't know I had a rent-free week over Christmas so I paid my rent as usual. Today I have had a statement saying I am in credit.:j

Can i have some help please, i have never done this before and is unsure of ebay 'profit'. Now i shall use a example ~
£5.00 ~ sold dvd
+ £1.99 ~ postage
total = £6.99
- £0.78 ~ ebay fee
- £0.27 ~ paypal fee
- £1.23 ~ actual postage
total = £4.71
Which total do i use as profit, i would go with the green total but i am unsure how others do this? thanks0 -
I would say so, its money you didnt think you would have and could/would possibly have spent if it werent for the challengepostingalwaysposting wrote: »Can i have some help please, i have never done this before and is unsure of ebay 'profit'. Now i shall use a example ~

I would use the green total too as that is the total money you have made, otherwise you are taking money from yourself, and would probably not realise that the money was going, fair enough its only just over £2 but if this was on each item you sold you would find your personal money (ie not challenge money) slowly dissappearing over the course of the challenge (imagine if you sold 50 items and counted the £6.99, you would personally be out of pocket by over £100) sorry im waffling now
hope that all made sense!finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!0 -
That's how I do it as well, PaP
