Thats what I plan to do, I have done it on my previous 2 olympic challenges. I havent started the sealed pot challenge for the same reason, and also I never have a lot in there as I rarely use cash! but still like to save whatever change I can :)
finally debt free and want to keep it that way!!

I allow myself a £10 note every Monday morning, anything left in my wallet on Sunday evening goes nto my piggybank and everynow and then gets added up, banked and added to my challenge total. I use credit cards (0% slow stooze!) for buying all groceries and most other stuff. The cash is just for unnecessary bits and bobs - mainly sweets and snacks from the canteen at work which I really really don't need!

I'm an avid Quidco / Pigsback etc etc user and not quite so committed survey completer... but this sounds a good incentive.. I'll go for Bronze
  • I'd like to join too, I'll go for Silver. Will PM Gemmzie now.

I'm in for everything this year, so please count me in for PLATINUM - will PM Gemmzie if the mailbox isn't full already! I'm in the 20k challenge, the £10 a day and the sealed pot, so as long as I can count the same earnings for each I'm confident I'll succeed! £80k to pay off - I have to!

I'd LOVE a buddy - I do so much better at things if I've got someone to do them with!

I can offer some pretty comprehensive advice on Ebay as I have an Ebay shop that does pretty well, and 4,000+ 100% feedback, so I must be doing something right! I also use Auctiva for Ebay listing which isn't fab but saves a fortune on listing fees - anyone looking for help/advice on that is welcome to give me a shout, buddy or not!

I can do matched betting, and as posted on KC's diary looking to get into a group of fellow betters for mutual info sharing! Happy to help anyone starting out, although I'm not an expert.

I haven't worked out AQA yet - heard it's difficult to get into, so any advice on that or similar sites would be great. I've never really managed to get into competitions either. Would also love to know how the casino bonus grabbing schemes work!

Anyone want to be my friend?! BTW, I'm expecting child No.2 in March - don't know if that's relevant!

Pania ~ Fab, thanks, will PM you!

Gems ~ I'm just starting out with the matched betting so don't know if I will be any help, I can be moral support if you like thou! :-) ... I would be v. interested to learn more about daily clicks ... I do Pigsback religiously every Monday but nothing else so far!

Panda ~ Happy to buddy up if you want moral support etc on this one! I'm only just starting matched betting but will happily swap any tips / info I find, this is presuming I manage to get the basics sorted out first lol.

I think persistence is the key with AQA ... I applied several times before getting the "test" questions ... then found it was taking me about 3x as long as it should to answer the questions, so decided I am better off working lots of OT in terms of £/hr. I think spelling, punctuation etc is very important, as is giving accurate and concise information. If you're able to show that you've done internet research before (whether professionally / whilst studying), that would also help I think!

By the way - I will hopefully get some OT this week, but I won't get paid it til the 11th of Jan - can I count this towards my total do you guys think?

Also, I'm going to open a new bank acc for cashback - if I do it now, can I count it? Don't want to cheat accidentally lol.

Hope everyone had a lovely New Year!

I think you can count any money that you actually recieve after 8th January, but start a few days earlier if you want.

Panda Power congratulations, and what is Auctiva?

Can I join please, I will go for Bronze at this stage but hopefully will upgrade. I would like to do more ebay but had a bad experience this year with someone being abusive when not happy with item he purchased so it scared me a bit, hopefully not all ebayers are nutters! Have some Quidco cashback due at end of Jan so that a good start!
Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time

I would like to go for platinium as i have a capital one card with 5000 on it. Did have other debts but mil gave us a nice cheque over xmas which paid the others off and money for a new roof.
So this is the only one left i wanted it gone before my birthday in sept anyway so i could start payin of the mortgage early.
I am a regular on the £2 challenge and want to really go for it this year also do quidco and pigsback so that money will be extra towards the card.
    thanks sweepyxx
