Natwest mortgage

Hi, new to the forum,

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Natwest mortgage application.

We have been told offer is ready to be sent out to us. I'm just worried that they might decide to lend less than we asked. We have gone through a broker.

At this stage would they have discussed with our broker if they were going to offer less?

Can I take it that if its ready to be sent out we won't have any nasty surprises (need the full amount to afford the property).

Can anyone put my mind at ease? 😀

    Yes. They would.

An offer is issued for the amount requested or the broker would be told the reason for a reduction and be given the chance to argue it.
