Where can I buy an indemnity policy from for decking in garden

    Agreeing to an indemnity policy for 10 year old decking is a waste of money. The council could not and would not take enforcement action now. I would respond saying: The decking is more than 10 years old. Should this be of concern to the buyers, they may obtain an indemnity policy at their own cost.

    id imagine an indemnity policy for this  would be peanuts in the grand scheme of things.leave it to the solicitor
    if your really trying to save money insist buyers pay for it
