Where can I buy an indemnity policy from for decking in garden

Agreeing to an indemnity policy for 10 year old decking is a waste of money. The council could not and would not take enforcement action now. I would respond saying: The decking is more than 10 years old. Should this be of concern to the buyers, they may obtain an indemnity policy at their own cost.1
