Technical issues happen - I get that. What I have an issue with was the lack of information - it was many hours after this issue started that they posted anything about this issue in the app and using the help / chat facility they just provided meaningless updates.francoghezzi said:Zopa working fine, no one has lost a single penny. Making excuses for low-quality banking discourages future improvement.
