Me too, I'm not going to post these comps anymore seeing as most of us here use our accounts mostly for giveaways

I think that they might mean people using multiple accounts to enter. Maybe they have been having lots of bots and fake accounts enter.

I have a comper friend who has won with them. Maybe use your social media accounts for other things as well like retweeting a few non comping tweets, post a few photos on instagram so it doesn't look like it is just set up for comping.
