Nonono!  DO NOT TIP THEM OFF!

If this is a DCBLegal single PCN claim they will discontinue anyway:

That is what you must do!  Carry on.  You are at WS BUNDLE stage.

    Softly, softly catchee monkey...

BUT OH DEAR.... ALARM BELLS ... you ask about a defence.  You already filed that in January!

What is required this month is your WS BUNDLE.

...please tell us you used the Template Defence?  What did you put in January?

Thanks, i will take my chance then and hope they discontinue. Your right, dont want to tip them off.

Maybe im using the wrong word, but in the Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) letter, page 2, it says Directions apply to this Claim:
    6) Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than 4pm 27th July.

Do i still need to do this?

When responding to the N180, i used the information on the discussion titled "N180 Form - April 23 - Guidance Provided" . Is this what you mean when you say i already filed a defence?

Yes, you would be wise to continue with the process until such time as they actually do discontinue.
Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

No, you filed a Defence before that.
You would have never received the N180 if you had not filed a Defence well before that.

The 'documents you intend to rely on' are your Witness Statement and Evidence Bundle. Don't submit, you lose!

Do you still need to do this?  What do you think?

Jump through all the court required hoops and by their deadline - DCB Legal will discontinue. Failure to do so will result in a 'judgment in default' against you, and a CCJ that could cause you catastrophic financial injury.

I would like to thank this forum so much for the excellent advice written here.

.... I think you'll need some help on these?  If so, please read the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post, which gives advice on applying for a set aside of CCJs.
