Standing charge

Can anyone help me please, I have put complaints into sse and ovo.As from the 18th May 2023 ovo took over sse customers, this was the date full migration had been completed. I'm  on a smart metre. I had £190 on Electricity credit and £215 credit on 17th May 2023.
On the 18th ovo put the £190 and my Electricity  bit on my gas only £20 was added. i have put several complaints into ovo and eventually got a phone number of them for sse to put a complaint in, to claim £195 owing to me. Now sse is saying the amount of credit i had topped up on my account was wrong, and that I owed £900 standing charge now. I believe the standing charge was coming off daily from my credit. So they refuse to credit me my money back. they have have told me nothing can be done now and the £900standing charge has been pass over to OVO. OVO are telling me i have a £790 standing charge owing. how when its gets paid daily from my smart metre.. Im so frustrated done everything possible to get my credit back.
