UKPC - No questionaire received

I’m quite confused, UKPC waited untill 28th Day to respond to my defence and DCB legal sent me a letter stating they intend to proceed and have asked me to contact them to settle,

I haven’t done this, but they also state the directions questionaire will be sent in due course, I haven’t received this, and only have theirs attached where they have pre ticked. 

I know I should’nt be agreeing to this, so my questions are:

A. Do I wait to receive a real directions questionaire in the post  or do I just go ahead and fill one out online before being asked to by the court? 

B. is there a time limit, that i need to do this by, I received their Dcb legal letter on 29th June ( dated 27th) and havent received anything else since

Thanks, but i’ve read the FAQ - which says the court will send the questionaire. . They haven’t so Im asking should I contact them or complete one online as I haven’t received one at all?

Ok thanks, so I just wait and I haven’t missed any deadline.

Patience is sometimes needed. The wheels of justice grind exceedingly slowly.
