Wrong item from Furniture village

I bought a table and 6 chairs on the 20th April from Furniture Village for just under £2000. They arrived on the 27th May, however they sent the wrong chairs. I’ve emailed them, tweeted them etc and they’re fully aware, I was told they were going to contact the local warehouse and get back to me, they didn’t. I emailed again a few weeks later and received this “ This is currently being looked into at the moment.

This was sent from them on the 13th June and I’ve heard nothing again since. 

Where do I stand on this matter? I said to them if there’s a problem with them then refund me so I can buy others I like, but ofcourse they’ve still not collected the wrong ones. I paid on credit card, could I do through them and try and get a refund? Thing is the table is correct and it all came out as one payment.
