There is no change to chargeback eligibility caused by a credit card closing - the transactions made are still equally covered.

This doesn't change the fact that if the concert is happening then the chargeback won't work as the event you purchased access to will still be happening; chargeback only covers you for breach of contract.

All depends on the reason for wanting a chargeback. 
Change of mind or inability to attend are not chargeback rights.

In reality the only one here is if the concert is cancelled due to going bust.
