ClearScore missing miss payment

So not without sounding like Groundhog Day 4 months i think until satisfied ccj falls off file only thing I have was a 1 missed payment in 2019 from next but logged in today and it’s gone when I go into the next credit history just shows all payments on time like any reason why that could of changed
