I read in many articles about tenants in London facing rental costs of £600 A WEEK 😢I spend a lot of time on SpareRoom. £800-£900 per month is the typical amount that young professionals spend on a room in a zone 2 flatshare. Here’s what £600pw gets in zone 1 - hundreds of entire 1-bed and 2-bed flats:1 -
So the poster has said his son and friends are paying £3600 rent for property each month.
3 tenants works out at £1200 each.
Hope this includes all the bills.
London has got a massive problem with lack of rental properties.
This will get much worse as Interest rates go up.

Thank you all !It unfortunately does not include any bills. The boys did everything themselves as an opportunity for them to learn on their own. My son doesn't like the idea of sharing accommodation with strangers and wants to spend time with his friends together. I understand and appreciate that, as it is part of the university experience. The boys don't live there at the moment. I'm going to wait for a while and visit the house before them moving in permanently and then taking the necessary actions.0

They also don't need to live in Hammersmith. Great for them however if they have the means to do so.dimbo61 said:So the poster has said his son and friends are paying £3600 rent for property each month.

The poster stated that the tenants paid the first month's rent and deposit on the 5th of July.
The LL/LA has 30 days to register the deposit.0
