You really need to confirm when they were bought. As previous posters have advised, it makes a difference with regard to your rights.The retailer would have the right to inspect the flooring to confirm a fault. And depending when purchased, an automatic full refund isn’t a right.0

they were bought in February this year but we 1st complained about then in May0

I have also fitted many tiled floors over the years with no problem in our house we had lived in for over 30 years0
