I'm with Plusnet.  If I log into my account on the Plusnet website and can view my billing history and view individual bills.  If I view a bill I get a PDF with my name, address, account, number, and whatever the charges are listed.  It is what you want.

You can't have two account holders and I suspect you can't have that with most residential ISPs.

Thank you very much! Is that Plusnet bill you mentioned for a residential/home address?

The ISP I use (available nationwide over the Openreach network but not one of those listed as they aren't generally on comparison sites) provides a "proper invoice" as a PDF, but it's not a VAT invoice on their domestic service, to get one of them you would need a business service.  No idea about having two account holders, not something I've ever needed to worry about.

Thank you, what's the name of that provider over the Openreach network that is generally not on comparison sites? Also, are those bill you mentioned for a residential/home address?

I genuinely don't care if the bill doesn't show VAT really, I just want a proper invoice with names, address, invoice number, account number, exact dates payments were conducted on, etc.

I too am with Plusnet (at a residental address) & can confirm that I also get name, address, invoice no., account no. , charges (incl. VAT) & bill/payment dates.

I aso have had no need to ask about whether you can have multiple people named .

Bill/invoice will be raised once per month.

Andrews & Arnold Ltd.  I use them at home, so the invoice shows my home address.  They are expensive, but also good.

I pay by DD so the invoice arrives 10 days before the payment is taken and states the date of that payment will occur.
