NPower bill... but Im not a customer

I got a bill this morning from Npower telling me I was £129 in arrears and should pay immediately. It also said my monthly payments of £43 werent being made & I should pay this regularly to avoid receiving bills.

Im not a customer with NPower!! They claim they took over my gas supplier in August... they didnt. Ive got some kind of number from Transco who also confirm my Gas is supplied by Scottish Gas.

I phoned NPower who just said 'Oh sorry we'll cancel your account then' Thats it??? Surely they cant just send a bill out at random, shouldnt they have an interest in WHY this has been sent out and WHO it should have been sent to??

Im just hoping they do what theyve said and dont send me any reminders etc.
