I have opened a CHIP account .
I can't seem to find customer services contact number should I need it.I am not comfortable with that .
What happens if you need help?
Has anyone had an experience?
Thank you

Chip are app only, you can contact them via the app only. Hence they don’t have a telephone number you can phone."If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

They do respond quickly but would have been good to also have telephone contact.
Want to ask them why £50 bonus hasn't been paid and why i only got £28 interest on £85k i put in last week. I have emailed but call would have been faster.1 -
Thank you for your reply .
I am a little bit older than a lot of you (!)
and feel more comfortable knowing that someone is on the end of a phone (rather than e mail ) to help with any problems I may encounter .
Thanks again for replying .

I’m in my 70’s and to be honest phone calls are nice and more personal, but….. you cannot beat an email for written evidence just in case you forget part of that phone call. 🙂milla said:Thank you for your reply .

My mom is in her 70s and previously had her funds in Santander but because I was moving my funds spoke with her to also have hers moved to Chip.
She prefers the well known banks.
Even transferring the funds was stress but hopefully will be worth it.
The major banks are so behind with rates.0 -

Interest for July will be paid in August1 -
Not sure I like the way Chip pay interest on the 6th of the month thus having to wait until the 6th of the next month to get the full interest due...wait wait wait0

It's the 4th working day so somewhere between the 4th and the 6th, unless you get an awkward bank holiday (or two!). You don't lose any interest though, apart from the 4-6 days interest on the interest, which is tiny.jaceyboy said:Not sure I like the way Chip pay interest on the 6th of the month thus having to wait until the 6th of the next month to get the full interest due...wait wait wait2 -
