Ok.. So after about a month we have now recieved a "notice of Proposed Allocation to the small claims track" Notice along with an N180 form "small claims Directions Questionaire..   This appears to have come from CNBC so assume that this is now going officially to court.

I am a bit confused by the forms. It looks like what they really want is for us to go to mediation but looking at other threads this is discouraged?

Please could one of you lovely people advise how best we respond / proceed with this?  below is the cover notification, I can post up the N180 but guessing you guys already know what it entails?  We need to respond by the 15th September but are actually out of the country from the 7th so will need to do whatever we need to do before then :-/   As always many thanks !!
